MASKS MANDATORY IN ARENA!
Just a reminder to everyone that masks are
mandatory for everyone in the arena.
When anyone enters the arena they need to be sure to be wearing a face covering at all times.
Players/coaches: Must wear a face covering into the arena and can only be taken off when their helmet goes on and they are heading onto the ice. Once the participant/coach comes off the ice and they remove their helmet a mask needs to be put on again immediately until they exit the arena.
Parents/guardians/spectators: Must wear a face covering into the arena and keep it on the entire time they are in the arena even when they are in the stands spectating, until they exit the arena.
* The Norwich Township Arena has been contacted by the Southwestern Public Health Unit with a recent complaint about Norwich Minor Hockey Association stating that all parents/participants are not wearing face coverings in the building. We have to enforce the mandatory face coverings at all times. If a second complaint is filed then we will be facing a cancellation of our ice times. Please be respectful of our screeners and the Norwich Township staff as they enforce the mandatory face coverings, because they are just doing their job so we remain in compliance with public heath and do not risk losing our ice times*This article has been viewed 1097 times.
