Notice about Police Checks

Please be advised that OMHA requires a police check to be done every 4 years for coaches, bench staff and anyone stepping on the ice with our players. There are police check forms at the arena in the folder marked "Police Checks". If you are unsure if you need one done please contact Ken Cornish. His email is [email protected]
Please make sure this is done before our season starts in September.
